Our lives are full of deadlines, pressures, expectations and demands on our time. For some people, stress has become so normal and accepted, that they see it as a part of their lives, something they can’t do anything about or get away from. That’s quite a scary thought!
We’re often told: ‘Show your feelings’ ‘Let your emotions out’ and ‘Wear your heart on your sleeve’, but at the same time we are also told to ‘Control your emotions’, ‘Get a grip’ or just to ‘Chill out’.
